I loved this hotel. It was a fantastic experience. We were in town unexpectedly longer and everyone was so amazing in helping us during our stay. Ruben came and fixed our ac and did a quick and fantastic job! Thank you so much - it was working great throughout the night and don't forget to check out silver springs! I booked a five-night stay at this Marriott, but unfortunately I had to check out after my first night because of the condition of my room. When I arrived, Room 213 was very dirty. The carpet had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. I contacted the front desk, and while they did send a technician to repair the AC, I was also told there wasn’t anyone on site to clean the room and there wasn’t much else they could do.
