Absolutely fabulous. Amazing room, had a fridge, microwave, stove top and even a dishwasher. Good gym, open 24 hours. Good laundrette, you can do your own laundry or have dry cleaning done. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Sort of catered for keto but I had to look a bit greedy so for example, I had 3 crustless quiches plus sausage patties to fill me up. Hosted a room block here for my son's wedding and we really had a great experience. Itchell was super easy to work with and professional, and the rooms were really nice. Several guests commented on how nice the rooms were. The front desk people were also really responsive to whatever questions we had. Also hosted a brunch Sunday morning after the wedding and Irvin was great to work with. I didn't have to worry about anything. (I did worry, but it wasn't necessary...) The hotel is fabulous. New and the rooms are spacious. The lobby is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious and for a hotel the coffee was quite good. A short distance away is honey joes coffee which is fabulous if you need more - which I did after a v long challenging trip. The location is perfect. Soooo many great eating spots nearby and hair, barber, target everything within a 3 block radius. My only complaint is that after arriving from a 12 hour train ride (don’t ask) there was no one at the desk to check me in at 930 pm.... read more
