My family and I stayed here while I attended business meetings. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We needed more toilet paper later in the week and it was quickly addressed. The breakfast food was tasty and the coffee was excellent! It was also very quiet and stress free during the day and night. Thank you Ebany and staff!
I dropped my review from 3 stars to 2 because of the consistent problems with ac. Tonight we get to sleep in an 80 degree room. Staff are very respectful and friendly- breakfast always runs out an hour before the time is up. In our month long stay I think they ran the vacuum in our room one time. Rarely showed up to clean when they said they would. Maybe once. I asked nicely many times, made appointments, tried communicating many times. People were nice, they need more organic food options
Staff was excellent and Eli was amazing with drinks and food! He's needs an extra reward !!!! He is what makes this hotel amazing ! And the office staff !!!
We stayed here in January and Nora and all the staff we encountered were very nice. The room was clean, and enough room for my husband and I. We were pleased to have a decent sofa area to relax instead of just sitting on the bed and there was plenty of desk space for my husband to work remotely. The kitchenette was a nice plus as well. The bathroom was nice with a wonderfully large walk in shower. The location is great, close to all major highways and plenty of other dining and shopping. We will stay again!
