Best hotel ever staff are super nice would stay
This is supposed to be a family friendly hotel and I have two toddlers and we got noise complaints twice from them being to loud. So the whole time I had to focus on trying to keep my two toddlers quiet which was ridiculous you guys should do better jobs on where you place people. Also requested things to our room and never received them will never come back here.
We stayed here Friday thru Sunday and it was great! All the staff was amazing and very friendly! Rooms very clean! We travel alot and very very impressed!
I have changed my review. After getting in contact with some of the right people we were refunded our money for the booking error. My husband will be having his first stay at this location tonight and I will finish the review.
