Real, nice place to stay if you're in saint louis
None of the requested items, pack n play, extra towels and pillows for the pullout were in the room when we arrived as requested two days prior. When we did get the pack in play at almost 9pm they said they didn't have a sheet for it. They expected my 7 month old to sleep on a plastic mat, a suffocation risk. Living room tv was also broken and we had to fix it. They had one person at the front desk managing the residence inn and courtyard next door. Very poor experience. Staff was nice, but completely understaffed. We requested a pack n play, additional pillows, additional towels, two days prior to check in on the Bonvoy app. Nothing was ready or done in the room. In addition, the living room tv did not work and we had to fix it ourselves. Pretty nice. Im not sure why they charge for parking when no special services are provided (valet or private parking) not to mention the "guests" are at there own risk when parking in the lot? Why am I paying for parking if I have no upside to it? Never paid for parking before.
