I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Residence Inn by Marriott in St. Louis. When I arrived to check in, I was not treated professionally or courteously by the front desk receptionist. Residence Inn is located beside Courtyard by Marriott, and I had accidentally parked on the Courtyard side. The first thing I asked was whether that was okay.
