The facility is very nice. The rooms are very nice. However, the complete lack of class by the staff and their customer service overshadows every good aspect of this facility. The employees are undertrained and because of this I was put into terrible financial hardship. I was staying over a month for training on a corporate account. I was asked for a card for "incidentals" which is common practice. However, a computer generated hold was put on my account based on my 33 day stay. Why is this bad?
