Arrival and check in was seamless. Were able to secure extra pillows and blanket for sleeper sofa and location was close to all of the activities we planned for our trip.
I got in early and was able to check in with my dog and get to my room no issues
As a lifetime platinum member, this is the worst front desk service I’ve ever experienced. Their flubs and issues delayed my late evening check in by an hour +, which was extremely frustrating since we had our 1 year old, and elderly relatives with us. Will be switching hotel brands due to how terrible this was.
The hotel is clean and nice. However, the breakfast options are limited and it is hard to get clean towels. They seem to pick up the used ones off the floor and refold them instead
