We have stayed here twice. The staff is super nice and helpful, especially Gabby and Michael. They accommodated our requests and put us in a wonderful room. The rooms are nice and clean and staff and hotel are very pet friendly. We will be staying here again on our way to Massachusetts from the Pittsburgh area.
Wonderful experience. Front desk attendant (I didn’t get his name) was extremely kind and personable, made the check in process much more enjoyable. Room was upgraded and smelled/looked wonderful. Will return here on my next visit
Booked a room early to see the Big Boy in Scranton. Very pleasant stay. Convenient and clean!!! Nice staff.
