No issue at all. We were here for a night and were extremely comfortable. The only thing to note is that this hotel and the Fairfield Inn are in the same parking lot so make sure you end up at the right hotel lol! We checked out super early and coffee was already made and ready to go. We were checked in by Michael Hales who was such a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service !

My family stayed here for a week and this hotel has to be one of the best experiences we have had in awhile! The room is spacious and clean, the staff was absolutely amazing, and they go above and beyond! The fully stocked kitchen area with a dishwasher and fridge and was a huge bonus! The bed was not uncomfortable either! We chose not to have the room cleaned during our stay but they made sure to leave supplies at the door for us without even asking. We have stayed here twice. The staff is super nice and helpful, especially Gabby and Michael. They accommodated our requests and put us in a wonderful room. The rooms are nice and clean and staff and hotel are very pet friendly. We will be staying here again on our way to Massachusetts from the Pittsburgh area.
