This property is our go-to whenever we visit Phoenix. The staff is friendly and one of the female front desk agents always remembers us when we stay there and our preferences. I disagree with the fact that they charge for parking now, doesn't make sense, especially since it's not a convention style hotel or in downtown Phoenix. At least waive it for Marriott Bonvoy members that are gold or above.

This centrally located Scottsdale hotel is a fantastic choice near local baseball fields, restaurants, and shopping. While many features, including the pool, shared outdoor BBQ areas, and fire pits, are shared with the neighboring Courtyard property, each hotel maintains its own distinct vibe. The Rooms Accommodations feature open layouts, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, ample storage, a great desk setup, and TVs equipped with cable and streaming. We stayed for four nights and had a fantastic time. Staff are wonderful. Special thank you to Tayli and Dorinda! We were upgraded to a king studio with a balcony. Lovely space with en-suite kitchen, full fridge and desk space. We enjoyed breakfast each morning. It consisted of scrambled eggs, oatmeal, variety of yogurts, a waffle maker, different breakfast sandwiches and even cold brew! Note the pool is shared with the Courtyard but it was never crowded.
