Very clean rooms, friendly staff and nice pool. Great hotel.
Charged me an extra day after already billing me for the days I actually stayed! What a waste of time dealing with this nonsense. Aside from the inconvenience, staff was friendly and helpful.

I haven't yet stayed at the Residence Inn Scottsdale Salt River, but I just had to write that Priscilla Olea, a Guest Services Rep at this facility, is wonderful and she saved the day for me. I was having difficulty with the Inn's online booking site (not a third-party facilitator), and the larger suite I wanted must have been reserved by someone else during the troubles.
