Upon arrival front desk was flippant and dismissive. Repeatedly asked what the fare breakdown for the evening was refused to answer continued with his speech instead of answering the one and only question I had. I understand you a rehearsed speech is available but if said speech is not welcoming nor helpful to the topic at hand.
