I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at the Residence Inn. During my interaction with Errah Loa at the front desk, I found her to be unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to assist with my concerns. Instead of trying to provide solutions or explain available options, I felt like my questions were treated as an inconvenience. Staff is awesome. Nice very close to lots of restaurants and entertainment. Lighting in the room could be better. Has a pool fireplace and a patio. Very clean and very accommodating will stay here again when I come back to Salt Lake City
Rooms were great and quiet. And the location was near a mall and high traffic.
