Let me first say the staff was very pleasant. However, I booked this specific location because it had outdoor space. I was staying for a short time waiting for my daughter to get out of school and when i arrived the court yard and pool area was closed off! No mention of that anywhere when I booked. Also, if you arrive after 9am /before 5 pm. You only have access to “snacks” and processed foods options. Otherwise, pay for uber, pay for takeout It’s a Marriott problem. We arrived a little after 3 to find that our rooms weren't ready yet due to a lack of sufficient housekeeping staff. The front desk staff were apologetic and really nice, and we were in our room after about 20 minutes of waiting. The hotel is apparently being renovated (there are big storage pods blocking the back parking lot). Our room was fine; the kitchenette appliances were a bit dinged up, but everything was clean, and our stay went well.

This Hotel has recently been renovated. The Suite we had was very clean, well supplied, and convenient. The absolute BEST part is Cheryl at the Front Desk. She is a Diamond! Marriott is lucky to have such a helpful, kind, and courteous member of their Team!! Rebecca is awesome as well! She recognized 3 exhausted travelers who arrived at 4am and made accommodations for us to get the much needed rest we required. Awesome Staff!!!
