Despite shower in the second bathroom not having much hot water, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Service by Carter and Matthew were absolutely amazing! Both were extremely personable, engaging and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! Highly recommend this if staying in west Richmond!

Very disappointing stay at Residence Inn Richmond Northwest/Short Pump. I booked a Two-Bedroom, Two-Bath Suite and a One-Bedroom Suite for my family. On the day of check-in, I was informed that the suite's air conditioner was broken and that we would be given comparable accommodations. Unfortunately, the replacement rooms were basic rooms and not comparable to the suite that was reserved. The issues continued throughout our stay. I love this place so much. My family is staying here for a week as our hardwood floors are being redone in our home. The staff here has gone above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I have a dog and we initially were staying in a 2 bedroom suite as a family. It was chaotic with my dog and the staff immediately accommodated us to have 2 separate rooms. Not to mention they are incredibly friendly. I don’t ever write reviews but felt compelled to do so here. 10/10 recommend!
