I have been going to this hotel since it was built, it’s always been one of my favorites for events hosted at the Raleigh convention center. The staff was so helpful & kind, besides the hostess at breakfast, Tammy. She was extremely rude the entire weekend, and ruined our breakfast experience (where every other worker was very pleasant & friendly!). REALLY CLEAN HOTEL! Professional Staff, & Great Complimentary Breakfast. I have no complaints about this Residence Inn. Rooms were spacious and a full oven (very rare). FYI... Very close to universities in the area. Within walking distance to everything thing to do for night life and eateries.
