What an excellent place to stay rooms were very nice and clean price is reasonable and all the employees are. Excellent rooms are spacious.
I am currently staying at Residence Inn Providence Downtown while visiting from New Jersey, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for exploring downtown Providence. However, the property's infrastructure feels dated, and the condition of the water has been a major issue. The bathroom water is rusty and not suitable for bathing. I reported the problem over two hours ago, but there has still been no resolution. We came to this hotel for one night to try it out before we stay for a week! They charged us $278 plus which is very high for Providance! The room smelled very strongly from air freshener so we didn’t think anything of it! Then at 1:30 i woke up from the smell of pee so strongly that burned my nose and throat!i have dogs so i know the smell of pee. Then i go to the bathroom to shower and i was going to throw up!
