Pricey. No room service at all or complimentary breakfast. No nearby fast food. Just pricey restaurants. The bathroom faucet was leaking all over the counter even after "fixed". They call the lobby starbucks a "bistro" and sells breakfast. The restaurant opens at 5 so there's nothing to eat but gift shop food or starbucks stuff. Wish i had a better report. Normally Marriott is better.
Great downtown location, distance to everything is walkable.
Fantastically located hotel in downtown Phoenix with clean, quality rooms. The rooms run on the expensive side but can be a viable option if you share beds and split the cost with friends. Good for an overnight or short-term stay. The in-house hotel bar is very busy and the elevators run on the old side. Complimentary breakfast bar with basic hotel foods.
