Visited this place for recent jewelry event. Where do I begin? I only viewed the checkout area and the room where the event was conducted. I happened to look on the floor and the carpet needed attention as well as the ceiling vents.You could see the visible dirt along the ceiling. They should be aware of this cuz it's in plain sight.Totally unacceptable!

This place is in bad shape. Rooms are poorly maintained, wifi is dodgy and room phones don't work at all, it took some scrambling to come up with a clean set of sheets and extra blanket for the sofa bed, and they obviously aren't paying enough staff to do any more than keep the lights on and the front desk mostly covered at night. I travel to this area frequently for work. I chose this hotel which is convenient to airport but not convenient to anything else simply because my stay at another location in Norfolk was so awful. This one wasn't awful and I had many issues which I expressed to management but the biggest was that nobody cleaned my room the entire 9 days I was there.
