Front manger rude and have terrible customer services . Make sure you guys take pictures of there rooms because they charged me for rip curtains when it was already rip when we went in there. They complain of doing there job like cleaning the room and then tell me we left the room in a mess . Horrible place with bad customer service . They need more training . Complaining of doing there job .
The staff is wonderful and doing everything they can to keep a crumbling hotel running. The rooms all seem to have some major issue or another. Latest stay our room had a broken AC, window, toilet, stove light, and closet door
