We had such a bad experience at this hotel . As other guests stated this is terrible dirty , rooms infested with cockroaches. Dirty carpet , ripped curtains . The front desk manager Maria is extremely rude and lied about our reservation. Then she said oh I’m not fully awake as if she was drunk behaving strangely , yelling at guests! Never book here again
Amazing staff starting from front desk and exceptional service, management team is kind and superb.. stayed many times past year, always great service. Highly recommend.
This place has coin laundry but no atm for change to get coins and will not accept debit either. What a terrible experience
