The hotel charged me 100 dollar as a deposit. We llave the room in perfecto conditions but they have not refund me the deposit yet. I have sent several e-mails but no response. They will loose many clients.
About 10 minute walk from the subway, it wasn't too bad breakfast and coffee was ok, as well as our view from the 9th floor
Rooms are clean and small. Beds and linens are clean and comfortable. My room had a large window with a roll down darkening shade that had some gaps in the frame that let in light. Annoying but not bad. The work desk is small and the office chair is adequate. Power options at the desk are limited. The TV is large and wall mounted. It does have a power issue. Très belle hôtel, en vacances en avril nous avons pu bien profiter. Hôtel situé à 5 min à pied du Entrée de métro. Et 20 min du centre de New York. Nous avons pu faire toute nos visite en métro. Hôtel propre, propose petit déjeuner copieux, salle de sport et machine à laver. Lit confortable et les chambres sont comme spacieuse, tout est fournis. Prix raisonnable
Came here for 1 night due to canceled flight. The hotel is in some weird area with some noises throughout the night. But the room was clean and hotel staff was helpful.
