This is my second time staying here. I love it here..everyone is so nice but the breakfast staff makes it 10x better! They are so catering and nice! I was happy to see Sean still working there... he always made sure I had everything I needed! Major Shout out to Keylester....I needed flavored creamer( residence dont have) he ran over to the other hotel to ensure i had the creamer i wanted for my coffee!! He was super nice too! The service started really good with check-in and everything. But they did not wake me up!! I was really affected negatively because of it and so I cannot give them the stars that that I wanted to originally. But the place is really clean and the breakfast was nice. I would not rely on them and I wouldn't suggest anyone to if you have something vital. Make your own way don't rely on them.
공항 근처 깔끔한 호텔 찾는다면 최고입니다. 셔틀이 있어서 공항까지 이동이 편합니다. 셔틀이 정시와 매 30분에 있다고 했지만 제가 페더럴 서클어 도착하니 이미 대기중이었고 새벽에도 바로 탔어요. 한대로 터미널을 다 도는게 아니라 각 터미널 별로 태워 줘서 정말 편했습니다. 호텔에서 마주친 모든 직원들이 친절했어요. 비행기 스케쥴상 2시간 이상 일찍 도착했는데 얼리 체크인 해주고 매점의 아이스크림을 살려고 했더니 아이에게 무료로 주었습니다. 로비에 커피와 간단한 차가 24시간 준비되어 있는것도 유용했어요. 하루 밖에 못 지냈지만 다른 사람들에게 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다.
Used the parking and shuttle for JFK. Reasonable and reliable.
Flight canceled at JFK, it was a good bed for the night plus good breakfast. Shuttle to JFK every 30 minutes.
