I’ve stayed at Marriott over a hundred times, and I’ve never had such a terrible and humiliating experience. This was by far the worst stay I've ever had. I got to the hotel around 10:30 PM, and when I checked in, the front desk asked if I had a voucher or reservation. I told her I had a reservation. Then she asked for my credit card. I tried to use my digital card but she insisted I needed a physical one. The only physical card I had was my debit card. Wonderful staff, everyone was so nice and polite and Helpful. Breakfast was great., location to JFK was awesome, Shuttle was excellent, pick up at rental car center and Drop off at Airport
