This hotel has the worst pillows of my more than 1500 nights in hotels. They are the smallest, hardest, lumpiest pillows possible. I had to purchase a pillow so that I could sleep. The cheapest bed pillow you can buy at Walmart is larger than these pillows. What sucks is that the hotel is otherwise great. But If I can’t sleep in your hotel, nothing else really matters.

Dhonyale was fantastic and was so kind and helpful at the front desk, the staff here have been so helpful. Mary was a sweetheart and helped me with my bags as she was walking into her shift, without her I would have probably lost or damaged something Freshawne remembered me from my stay from over a month ago and remembered my name and was so professional and courteous both trips
