The front desk staff was the kindest ever! Cleanest and best location I have ever had for a Residence Inn and I’ve probably stayed in over 40 of them all over the country. Very family and pet friendly! The pool was perfect also. Fantastic over night stop on our move across the country. Plenty of room for parking U-Haul and very safe back area of upscale office buildings with security all around at night and day.
I travel full time for work and have been staying in hotels every week for the past eight years. During that time, I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels, including many Marriott properties. Typically, the organization I’m working with pays for my room using a credit card authorization form, which is a very common process. Upon arrival, I was informed that no authorization form had been completed.
