My stay at this hotel started very well. Shannon at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction the first day I got there. The rooms were clean but not great. I washed any dishes I used bc I felt like they had not been cleaned in a while. Proximity to universal can’t be beat, neither can the shuttle to and from. All around awesome!
Great location. Rooms are clean and spacious. Nice breakfast choices and area was very clean. Bathtub was a bit slippery, no non-skid in tub. Staff was great. Mark at front desk was excellent, very friendly. And huge shout out to him for saving the day when I left something behind the morning we checked out.
Nice hotel but no EV charger! It is about time Marriott installed EV a chargers at all hotels! Their biggest competitor has EV chargers at most locations.
