Set a reservation in first of February and prepaid for room for a baby shower in the area, went to check in and girl behind the desk said she saw our reservation and laughed and said we gave your room away to someone else first come first serve she said and laughed again, but we paid in February,we needed the room for cooking for the baby shower because we live 3 hours away I checked with other Marriott hotels in the area and they said that hotel is indefinitely owned and the owner only cares about money not the customers, p... read more
Hotel is needing an update badly, surprised Marriott allows it to keep its branding. Pool & hot tub were closed down and no reasoning or updates on the Bonvoy site alerting of a closed pool. Front desk agent left a lot to be desired.
We were in town for a soccer tournament and the hotel was perfect for our trip. The staff and service was amazing especially our breakfast to go made for our early departure to a game - thank you! The front desk was upfront when we arrived stating the pool was closed and the hotel was under a complete renovation. This was greatly appreciated and not an issue at all for us. Thank you for the great stay and appreciate the smiles delivered by the staff - keep up the great work!
One of the worst Marriotts I've ever stayed in and I've traveled with them for literally decades.
Stayed in a suite. Staff were very friendly. While the room is dated by modern standards, our room was very spacious and very clean. The full kitchen comes with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Unfortunately, the room was a bit cold no matter how much I fumbled with the thermostat. There were plenty of breakfast options to satisfy the next day. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at the Residence Inn. I would definitely stay at this location again in the future.
