Had to go in side doors because of construction. Rooms were pretty nice. Smelled of smoke. You weren't able to go through the main hallway. Elevator was squeaky. You can't pay for snacks with cash. I do not recommend this hotel

They have poor management and bad customer service staff they will come into your room after placing do not disturb on your door and they go through your personal things. They’re rude and disrespectful to senior citizens, a very inconsiderate to the people whom was displaced from their homes from the tornado storm in which they had no sympathy . This is not a clean hotel the room have no air conditioning they have route rotten running around daily and if you complain manager ignore you there’s service repair people‘s working... read more
