Room was gross. I called the front desk, they said they are doing a remodel in a few months and until then, they are not going to make improvements. I attached a picture of the couch. Do not stay here. The staff admitted the hotel is below Marriott's standard

The suite rooms are spacious it was a nice little hotel not too busy at all and mostly a friendly staff. My room was not ready on check in due to the dishwasher flooding the room I guess prior to my stay but seemed like a simple mistake made by the person who stood their last and isn't of fault to the hotel. So I had to wait a lil over a hour to get checked in and didn't get a discount or a sorry but I would stay again bc its close and hardly anywhere has a hot tub right now .

We reserved a room with 2 beds and a pullout couch. We arrived rooms were sold out. We were given 2 separate rooms. Not what we paid for. Room 116 has plastic and tape covering the smoke detectors. That has to be a code violation. Toilet is clogged up. Bathroom van is very load. Outdated rooms carpet looks dirty. Shame on Marriott for allowing this on the group of hotels. I reserved this room place directly with Marriott reservations.
