Hello, I'm using this communication method to ask for help. I stayed here for two days and had an early check out yesterday 8/8. I checked out at the front desk, told the lady I had to leave early and she said I was going to get my bill in my email. Email, didn't show up until this morning. I was surprised to see I was charged for another night, like if I had checked out his morning. Probably the best RI I've stayed at...up there with an actual Marriott property. Sammy, AGM, was fantastic and made sure everyone was taken care of, and Jacqueline at the bar was amazing as well. Clearly two stand out employees that really make the RI. I have a site in Lville and found my hotel for my trips!

This hotel charges a non refundable $150.00 fee for bringing a dog (small dog) per stay. If you stay one night it is still same amount as if you were to stay a week. We have a 8.5 pound dog and I’ve never encountered such a high fee for one day. The most we’ve ever had to pay at any Marriott hotels is $40.00 and often there is no fee. There are other residence inns close enough to this one that if you are traveling with your dog there is no fee. So disappointed.
