There was a floral smell to the room, typically we choose these hotels for their lack of scent.
Location is great close to everything you would need. Front office people very blah. Breakfast was decent for free.
The lady who checked us in was not welcoming at all. Acted like she had a chip on her shoulder. We stay 90-100 nights a year in Marriotts. This was the worst check-in experience we have had. People like her should not be at the front desk. She did not have a name tag so we can not call her out by name, but management should figure it out.
