I spent two weeks for business travel at this hotel and do not have enough nice things to stay. The staff is the best hotel staff I personally have ever experienced, no matter the time of day or situation. They are all so kind and go above and beyond to make their guests feel not only welcomed but cared for! I truly was sad to say goodbye to them. We had an excellent stay! We arrived around 1:30 a.m. after a long drive, and Bryant truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Because of our trailer, we couldn't park in the hotel lot and had to use a gated public parking area about a 10-minute walk away. Without hesitation, Bryant offered to drive us back to the hotel in his personal car, which was incredibly kind and greatly appreciated. Stole my points and have refused to refund them... BEWARE. It's a bit disappointing to leave this review since I never even got to stay at this hotel. I am a Gold elite member and I booked this hotel last minute because my flight to Louisville got canceled, but I was able to get one last minute to Lexington. I made my reservation at almost midnight, paid with points, and initiated the check-in process through the app. Unfortunately, my flight to Lexington kept getting delayed and ended up being canceled. Our room was on the 4th floor. The gentleman who checked us in said he was giving us an upgrade by giving us a corner suite. It was not an upgrade. The noise from the bars, and cars/motorcycles revving their engines made sleep impossible. We should have known when the room had earplugs and a noise machine available on the nightstand to use. The location was convenient to the wedding events we were attending and the room was clean but the noise levels made it unbearable.
Amazing place! Percect lacation and super quiet. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were always helpful. Plenty of local places to eat and a good steakhouse right next door. If you are staying for more than a night I highly recomend if you are in Lexington.
