When requested cook ware front desk did not understand the necessity and brought incorrect items , for example I asked for a skillet they brought a baking sheet. Also I asked for glasses they brought coffee mugs 😩 too was nice (penthouse) but was far away front entrance ( building 12) . Staff was sweet . I stay at Residence inn usually for travel in many cities but this location (convention center) was the most I unfavorable.
