Staff is fantastic, the rooms are amazing, and the location is great. I spend most of my year in hotels, far more than I spend at my own home, and residence inn is my preferred spot. I will say that, while the kitchen is great and full of everything you would need, but the utensils suck. Bare bones pot, pan, and below average everything. If I pay hundreds of dollars a night I would really like some average utensils. I'm not talking about top of the line, but Walmart level stuff would be fine. That is the only complaint. Wow, is all I can say. I was planning on booking this hotel for the weekend, until my wife showed me a review I could not keep quiet about. The review, to summarize, was a woman who had a flight cancellation and needed a room to sleep for a few hours, the hotel couldn’t accommodate her so she asked for a cancelation and a refund. The General Manager, Damion Ford, refused to give her one after ignoring her for about 5 days and when she finally gets in contact with him he tells her no because she left him a bad review, before ... read more

Update: third time here. Still no Netflix. Can’t stream! I’m ok with Parking $20 a night. Old TV set up.. Internet tv option doesn’t work and your name isn’t displayed when you walk in. The apps are the old version so every selection you make takes forever for the TV to respond. Stuck in a hotel with out decent streaming is boring lol. Select Netflix and it takes 5 minutes to react lol - Modernize the gadgets and technology in the rooms and this hotel will be the best in area.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced from “general manager” Damion. I called him early this week in regards to being charged for a room I DID NOT stay in. I booked this hotel for a few hours because of a flight cancelation and when I got to the property they did not have any rooms available for the time I needed to stay, I asked the front desk worker to cancel my reservation then and refund me and he said I had to do it through Priceline.
