We had a terrible weekend. The furniture wasn't bolted to the wall and fell on top of my 4 year old. Extremely disappointed, we have had so many great times here with great staff but it's like they have new hires that don't care or want to work. The fire alarm went off scared my autistic child. We couldn't get extra pillows or towels or blankets. Couldn't get an upgrade with my Gold membership. It was extremely disappointing.
