So the basics are that the room is really nice, great location, plenty of parking, the free hot breakfast is great, even the shower products are nice (they're lavender and eucalyptus scented, quite nice) but the staff are the real stars here. I first called them to make sure I could get an ADA room, and got Tuesday at the front desk. If you get the chance to meet her, she will light up your day. This is one of the cleanest places I have stayed in a long time. The staff was AMAZING. They made it home away from home. By the time our stay was over, it felt like we were leaving family that we actually loved. Thank you for the Greatest experience.
Have stayed here multiple times, genuinely the nicest staff, the cleanest rooms, the friendliest and best breakfast, the best breakfast dining area. I always stay here when I'm in Lakeland.
Service and room was great! Theres a lot of food options around along with a mall nearby. The hotel is located right next to another marriot hotel and on the same parking lot as the mall, so you would think that you would have easier access right. Nope! There's only one road in off the main street and if you miss it. You have to go around the hotel back onto the main street.
