Staff is amazing and very nice rooms!
While our air conditioner was out of commission we stayed at the Residence Inn in Overland Park. Our stay was a bright spot during a stressful time. Our room was clean and well maintained, as was every part of the hotel we saw. Breakfast had plenty of yummy options. The breakfast team did a phenomenal job of keeping items stocked and the area clean. We enjoyed the pool and putt putt amenities as well. What truly made our stay a gift was the staff. We got a room with one king and one sofa bed for our family of 5 and it was spacious for us. All the amenities are nice. They have laundry machine on site that you can use coins to wash your clothes. Free breakfast. The pool is small but clean and good enough for the kids to have fun.
The location is very good, super convenient to all the shopping and nice restaurants. The room is spacious and all the amenities are great!
