Room was dirty upon arrival. Piss on toilet. Cleaning woman used same gloves to clean the toilet to also make up the bed. Filthy.
Their general manager Raymond has trained staff so well that everything looks so my perfect . I recommend that this is best family stay if you are in Houston or cypress
Perfect hotel, amazing location.
Staff was great. Our work truck got robbed. Tool boxes stolen. They sent us the video for insurance purposes. Other than that it was good.
