Rooms are spacious, but that's about where it ends. Sketchy location downtown -carpets seem dirty, walls scuffed up, bathroom has gross drop down tile ceilings that look battered and probably moldy behind it. AC worked well, although room was 80 degrees when I got there so took all night to cool it down. Couldn't hear any neighbors, but the windows to the outside are so thin and you can hear ever car passing, moped revving and more importantly the blaring police sirens every 30 minutes all through the night.
