Unbelievably terrible experience. I booked our room through Priceline a week in advance and drove +9 hours for a sports tournament. When we arrived at 10pm, the front desk was a mess, papers all over the place, and the two incompetent attendants (managers?) told us that they didn't have our reservation and that they had no more rooms despite showing them my confirmations and receipts. Location is great near lots of restaurants etc. Staff is very pleasant and responsive but the facilities need some attention. Hallways are very warm and do not smell fresh, definitely needs ventilation. Some of the doors do not lock and close easily.
they never cleaned the room. we asked for housekeeping at the front desk. they said the housekeeing is once a week and they told us that they will send the housekeeping since we asked. they never came to our room. we went back to ask again the next day and they never showed up too. we wanted to rest in the room but went out so that they could clean the room. 🤯🤯😤 the asian looking front desk lady had some attitude too. and one of the staffs just burged into our room 🤯 we were shocked 😳
