I enjoy staying at the hotel but the man that works morning/nights, sidney is the rudest and most arrogant person I have ever had the displeasure to meet. He will not check if my package was delivered unless there is a delivery confirmation and refuses to give receipts upon checkout because it was direct bill. The hotel is in a great location and most of the staff is great. I want to return there in the future but if sidney is there I have my doubts
Safe location and friendly staff. Xu Li at the front desk was especially welcoming during our late arrival, and the breakfast and housekeeping teams were also very kind. The property is older and some areas could use a deeper cleaning, particularly the bathroom and room doors and the stove/light switches. To any prospective guest: do not stay here. There's a Courtyard and Marriott property down the street that are far better. As a six-year Bonvoy member and current Gold Elite, I have never experienced anything close to what my family endured at this property from December 24–30, 2025.
