Tvs were glitchy. Hot water non existent woth low pressure

Everything was fine, but parking is $15 per night to park in a space on a crowded surface lot. This kind of price gouging is criminally insane and they deserve to go out of business for this level of greed
Booked a room for 3 nights. I was told 2 hours before check in, that they cant accomodate my reservation and will give me a full refund. How can you do that to a paying customer. Choose a different hotel in the area. Pay a little extra to have peace of mind not scrambling at check in time to find a new hotel.
