The service that I have encountered the worst experience. I communicate on the chat of a request being that I titanium member . I was told by Raymond Saint-Louis that the upgrade was available but I would need to pay more money. As a titanium member it states if a property have it available then the guest could be accommodated with out charge. This it totally misleading ,very disrespectful and unprofessional. I have never had this happen at this property.
