Nonexistent house keeping, dirty pool, tiny gym with 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, and some dumbbells. Front desk is frequently empty. Only 1 elevator works. My bathroom hadn't been fully cleaned when I checked into my room. My room was supposed to have a bathtub but didn't when I checked in.
Excellent experience - spacious room. Only issue, no body cream in the rooms. First hotel I have ever stayed in the US with no such bathroom provision...
