Very nice and convenient place to stay in Durham NC
Place is a waste of space. nothing in that place was built after 1990. Everything smelt like old carpet and cigarettes. The staff wasnt very helpful at all. Almost like they were mad they worked there. 🤷🏽♂️ attitude for nothing and i had to swap rooms twice because of how dirty it rooms were. if you can avoid this place you should at all cost. marriot should bulldoze this location
So, I stayed here at the end of June 2023. I reserved it by points. I knew I needed to swipe a card for incidentals, but at check-in, the woman said my card didn't go through for the incidentals. I thought, strange, but swiped a different card and proceeded to look up my account. Then she says, yeah, we have you at a rate of $121 for the first day and then $30 deposit for each additional day, plus the incidentals. WHAT?!?!
