Recently stayed for a work trip and my experience wasn’t great. I’ll say that the front desk was friendly but that unfortunately doesn’t make up for the experience as a whole. Firstly, my bed was covered in hair/stains from previous visitors so I requested another duvet from the assistant manager. He gladly provided one but I was confused by the way the item wasn’t folded well. Later on I noticed coffee stains on that same duvet…and it wasn’t from me.
