Recently stayed for a work trip and my experience wasn’t great. I’ll say that the front desk was friendly but that unfortunately doesn’t make up for the experience as a whole. Firstly, my bed was covered in hair/stains from previous visitors so I requested another duvet from the assistant manager. He gladly provided one but I was confused by the way the item wasn’t folded well. Later on I noticed coffee stains on that same duvet…and it wasn’t from me. The most important part the hotel room you're staying in should not smell of something that you cannot identify in the time you open the door to the time you leave. Additionally it was just not necessarily clean there were spots that were either burnt or stained on chairs and the flooring. Staff was respective to our concerns but went hopefully to someone that would fix the issues for the next patron.
