We had to stay in a hotel for 1 night while our home was getting a major repair done. The staff was incredible, super friendly. We did run into an issue but we got it resolved. The breakfast was so good. There were so many options to choose from. Everyone got enough food to eat and we all got full. We will be back to stay again in the future. Thank you Residence Inn!

We stayed here for a long weekend. The service was great. A manager came around on our first day with a cart of complimentary snacks. He came around the pool the next day with popsicles (also complimentary) for anyone who wanted one, adults and kids alike. The front desk was helpful with any questions we had. The free breakfast was sufficient and what you would expect from a free hotel breakfast. Was there for two nights. No hot water the entire visit. When we told the staff they said “that’s cool”. There was rat droppings, walls were falling apart, torn carpet, the bathtubs I wouldn’t shower in let alone give my 1 year old a bath. Switched us rooms and was still terrible.offered us a $20 discount per night ($40) and then tried to charge us for the discount at checkout. Was absolutely terrible. Be very careful. You may get more than you bargained for here. This location has had the night biting kind of red flags. It was a real curveball in our event. The management and the people that run the place are great people but I get the feeling this place is used as extended stay for people that couldn't normally afford. anything else.
