Beware — while this hotel is definitely in a great location, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue is the staffing and lack of professionalism. In my opinion, the staff could benefit from significant retraining in customer service, communication, and how to properly handle guest concerns. The manager, “Ben,” was especially frustrating to deal with. Wow wow wow, Ben and his team are outstanding. Everyone on the team was service oriented and had smiles. The housekeeping crew is also reflective of Ben’s leadership. Nice suite and kitchenette all extremely clean. Keep up the great work.👍

★★★★☆ The staff at this hotel earned every one of these four stars. They genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even when dealing with issues that were clearly outside of their control. Unfortunately, our room's air conditioning wasn't working. The front desk responded quickly and brought a portable air conditioning unit for the bedroom, which helped us get through the night.
