Rooms are nice & suitable for extended stays. Lots of issues with not having water without notification.
This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a while. The AC wasn’t working properly, so I thought I would give it some time to cool off, but I woke up in the middle of the night sweating profusely. It didn’t move from 75 all my stay. I was exhausted so I didn’t make a big deal about it. However, when I woke up to take a shower the water was not running, and having all these issues after a long day and before business meetings didn’t help the case. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again.
Aaron Williams was our valet at the downtown Dallas location! Aaron was so kind, helpful and patient.As we all know getting your luggage can be a challenge, Aaron was amazing and made everything hassle free!
My experience here has been, by far, THE best of any property I've stayed. From Valet, housekeeping to front desk staff, every one was exceptionally friendly and eager to assist. The Valet staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay met my expectations and more. Aaron helped me take my luggage to and from my room. He even brought a cart to my room as soon as one became available. 100% Residence Inn Downtown Dallas is recommended.
Honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at period. Worth the price, the room was very clean and had zero issues. I literally have no complaints about anything. Breakfast was amazing and tasty, I love the wide selection of eggs, protein, sides, fruits, waffles, cereals. They even have iced coffee and hot coffee options as well as juice. A big layout to sit down and enjoy. Pool was gorgeous and indoor, very lovely. If you plan to stay, definitely opt for the valet option. You would think it's not worth it but honest... read more
