The staff here were amazing! Every time member went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Perfect location as well. Everything was great until they fired the only person who did their job right. Now im having multiple complications, they checked me out while I was still due to be there for another 2 to 3 months, constant messing up my receipts. As an ambassador staying at this hotel, Its unacceptable. Staff needs to be better at the front desk. It used to feel like home to stay here now it doesn't. We probably wouldn’t stay here again. On the positive side, the staff was consistently kind and helpful - especially the breakfast/morning team. A special shoutout to the gentleman stocking breakfast; he clearly pays attention to guests and goes out of his way to keep items like yogurt and eggs replenished when he notices someone enjoys them. Rooms were clean, and quiet. Susan, the front desk person was an absolute delight. She was very friendly and helpful. I mistook her as the hotel manager at how accommodating she was. Her customer service is above and beyond. If the powers that be see this review, she should be promoted or made the hotel manager because you do not want to lose her, she is making your business better!
