Awesome location, but frankly this is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Every single member of their staff is 100% incompetent at their jobs. From front desk, to cleaning, to the breakfast crew.
Nice room, they did a wonderful job clearing the parking lot after the snow.
Staff was pleasant. Room quiet. Breakfast staff was exceptional and breakfast good.
We had a great time and wished that we could have stayed another few nights. We were all in TOTAL AWE with their team member Red; what a lovely, caring human being. Nothing was too much for her, and she always had a huge smile on her face, and she made our stay even more wonderful. Give her a raise, please, as we have never experienced such great service anywhere in the world where we have stayed.
