Been staying here for a work trip and it's lovely. Shout out to the night auditor on Monday night (I believe their name was Tony), who was super calm and helpful after I arrived late and was extremely stressed out due to a delayed flight to Cleveland. He even got a comb for me early in the morning after I realized I hadn't packed one - thank you!
It was nice. Somethings was outdated. I would stay there again.

We always like to stay here on our business trips when we come to Cleveland. The rooms aren't bad, especially when compared to what you are getting in the rooms compared to other hotels in the area. The guest services ae always nice and try there best to accommodate your needs. Especially Venus. Venus always takes care of us when we are here and even when we are planning trips and creating reservations. She's very eccentric, but real and will keep you on your toes (better than some of the other guest services at other hotels... read more
