Great time and Location
Horrible service at this hotel! Our car was vandalized overnight on July 12, 2026 while in the care of valet parking. Valet workers provided varied and multiple accounts of how they handle cars and decide where to park them and we were not immediately contacted when the vandalism was discovered. Imagine our surprise when we walked out of the hotel to grab our keys from the valet only to discover there were damaged and shattered windows on our car. During my stay at Residence Inn, Cincinnati, Ohio (Rockwood/Midtown), from June 25th to June 28th, housekeeping staff removed and discarded a bag from my room that contained two shoe boxes with one pair of shoes inside them. When I raised this with staff, I was met with disbelief rather than a genuine attempt to understand what had happened. I left a voicemail with Mr. Scavo and he has never returned my call.
