The response to my complaint by the General Manager, "go ahead and cancel your reservation if not satisfied." Booked in February, $325 for one night, just told today that I have to pay $175 to get to the roof on the night of my stay, which is why I booked the hotel on this date. This is a listed amenity, shame on you, why wasn't I told earlier?? Hotel will do NOTHING to help out. Why stay here when there are places that treat guests with more respect.
Lovely location easy walking distance to ball park, restaurants, riverfront walking trail. Helpful staff. Timely valet!
