I have stayed in many Residence Inns in the past and this one by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is old and outdated. No pictures on the wall, literally no hangers in the closet, no lotion. One sad, pitiful bar of soap for hand washing. We had to buy some pump soap to wash our hands. The elevators were both tore down. They don’t clean your room until 2 days after you check-in (it’s in writing) The breakfast was absolute trash.
