I have to acknowledge how amazing the hotel manager was. Tara greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked through the door. I had been driving 12 hours since 2am with my family and arrived at the hotel an hour before my father. He had booked a block of rooms for a family reunion and they were all under his name. I wasn’t sure if we were going to be able to get into a room before he got there, but Tara went above and beyond. The rooms were clean and cozy! The kitchen was a plus! However, we were unaware of the 7:00 a.m breakfast and a woman with a braid rolled her eyes at me. She continued to stare with an unwelcoming face and started to yell at her staff about the situation.

Arrived a little after midnight and had to clean my own room. Had to go to the front desk and ask for a vacuum and sanitary wipes as the room was filthy. Hair everywhere - and not just a random hair, clumps of hair all throughout the room and in the bathroom. Think the pics speak for themselves.
