Disappointing experience. Called 3 days in advance to confirm booking only to arrive at hotel and be told via a letter (handed to us) that our room was no longer available and they were fully booked out. The hotel made the decision to book us at another hotel down the street, which didn't have 2 beds but instead a fold out couch. Only positive was they paid for our room, but given someone had to sleep on a fold out couch it really can't be considered a positive. No communication by staff to let us know in advance either.
Nice property! Many restaurants close by . Friendly staff and EV charging!
We had a great week long stay as we came to Chatsworth from Michigan for an out patient surgery. The hotel was quiet and in a very convenient location. The suite we had was very clean and spacious. The best thing about this property is the great staff. Kudos to everyone who works here for the customer service.
