Amazing location easy access to everything, very comfortable room
KASEY and KAYLA are simply indescribable, their service was over and beyond for my family!!!! They are the BESTTT!!!! They accommodate us so very well!!!! Excellent ran hotel and staff all around!!!! So many sports channels, 200 plus channels!!!!
I have stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was by far one of the most disturbing experiences my family has ever had. The hotel staff and front desk treated my family in a way that we found deeply disrespectful and discriminatory. We were asked to leave the hotel without being given a clear or reasonable explanation. The front desk even called the police. Their Wi-Fi is the worst I've ever seen and they want to charge me for enhanced Wi-Fi. I try to use my hotspot inside and can't get any kind of signal to my phone or my hotspot like they're disrupting it. I really feel like this is a money game. I'm staying here for almost 3 weeks. Now they're going to try to gouge me for internet cost daily. The room cleaners aren't very good either. Yhey came in to clean the first time and they didn't even mop the floors. This hotel is in a great location. It lacks cleanliness throughout the hotel starting with the elevators. Very fowl smel & very dirty in both elevators. Our rooms were not cleaned. The air conditioning did not work each night. The parking fee is not listed on the website. This location should not have a parking fee. This hotel is aging badly and needs to be cleaned better.
