The people were nice. Room was quiet and clean. My only complaint is the bed is hard as a rock. I kept tossing and didn’t sleep at all.

Very disappointed. In fact, I decided to cancel the same night I arrived. Arrived around 5:30 maybe 6, left at 10-ish. Front desk was very kind upon arrival. Gave me my room keys and instructions to get to my room. That’s where this all takes a turn and is among the worste places I have stayed, rather, attempted to stay in. 1. Room was filthy. I do disagree that it was a short moment, having waited 15 minutes for food, had to leave for an appointment, and then 2 hours for coffee. I appreciate the added points. Thank you. During my recent stay, I went down for breakfast to find all the hot food trays empty, no coffee available, and no utensils stocked. The hotel was notably quiet at the time, so high guest volume was clearly not the issue. I ultimately had to purchase my own breakfast elsewhere. During my recent stay, I went down for breakfast to find all the hot food trays empty, no coffee available, and no utensils stocked. The hotel was notably quiet at the time, so high guest volume was clearly not the issue. I ultimately had to purchase my own breakfast elsewhere. When I raised the concern, I was told a manager would follow up the next day as I do expect some compensation. it’s now been three days, and I have yet to receive any communication.
