I do not like that Viviana front desk girl. I tell her about a situation in my room several times during the day and all she has to tell me is that its managements fault and it becomes a complaint session for her and how the management is no good. No offense, I don't care about the staffs personal lives. I am here for a work trip and the hotel needs to act like professionals as well. The front desk staff is a joke. No professionalism.
