1.Rooms are ready before 1pm and front desk will not let you check in until exactly 3pm. 2. For the price you would think you’re staying in a decent hotel. Nope. Lobby, hallways and elevator all feel very dirty and musky. 3. booked a suite with pool view and wasn’t given that. Will not be staying here again.
This would be a good property except, Smokers area right next to front door, a “ taco” truck is tethered to the side of the building by an electrical cord- blocking an exit door and… a courtyard by marriott van with 4 flat tires parked on property. Where is the manager? @ResidenceInnMarriott @Marriott @CityofBrownsvilleHealth Department
