The ac in most of the hotel doesn’t work. We booked a two bedroom with no ac. Their solution was to move us into individual rooms. One room didn’t have ac but had two portable ac units which they refused to move to our two bedroom unit which makes no sense. We specifically wanted a two bedroom for the living room shared space not to be separated into two rooms. They initially gave us industrial fans for water damage. Then took one and gave 1 room a standing fan. The shower barely drains. I would not stay here ever again

I do not like that Viviana front desk girl. I tell her about a situation in my room several times during the day and all she has to tell me is that its managements fault and it becomes a complaint session for her and how the management is no good. No offense, I don't care about the staffs personal lives. I am here for a work trip and the hotel needs to act like professionals as well. The front desk staff is a joke. No professionalism. They cancelled our reservation a couple of hours before check-in. No solution, no apologies, just cancelled.
