Air conditioning doesn’t work in some rooms. Doesn’t matter how many times you bring it up, front desk says “we’ll have someone look at it but nothing changes.” Checked in at 9 pm and the room was 76°. Set temperature to 65° overnight. It got down to a chilly 74°. Talked to the desk in the morning, got back at midnight the next night and the room was now 75°. Everyone at the front desk was really nice and helpful.
Residence Inn are by far my favorite hotels to stay in, I travel alot for work and love the space in the rooms and usually in a very relaxing but easy to access all types of food/shopping and lots of space to walk.
