Residence Inn are by far my favorite hotels to stay in, I travel alot for work and love the space in the rooms and usually in a very relaxing but easy to access all types of food/shopping and lots of space to walk.
Disappointing Stay — Lack of Housekeeping & Misleading Amenities I was really disappointed with this stay, primarily due to the lack of basic room service and some misleading information. Housekeeping: At check-in, I was never asked about my housekeeping preference. We later discovered that daily service requires an "opt-in" — something that was never communicated.
