Felt welcomed by the staff, I had a short stay in a suite, place was very nice and clean. Enjoyed breakfast on one of the days I was there, place was quiet, and convenient with a short walk to the train station. Definitely on my list of places to stay at.
O quarto é espaçoso, confortável, porém a cama é muito mole. Teve um dia que não fizeram o serviço de quarto. É muito silencioso, o café da manhã é bom, sempre vão repondo, variam algumas coisas nos dias. A opção de metrô, é diferente dos comuns, ele não tem uma frequência muito grande de trem, praticamente de 50 em 50 min e custa 7$
Sandra was very helpful and nice at the front desk. She even made some fresh cookies for guests! Would stay here again.
We ran into an issue our first night and although it wasn’t addressed by the evening shift front desk employees, it was addressed immediately by Shawn when he arrived in the morning. He handled my issue promptly and professionally. The hotel is in a great location if you need to be close to Rt. 1 and/or Legacy Place. The shopping and restaurants offered at Legacy Place are great.
