I don’t often leave bad reviews, but unfortunately this one needs to be said. I stayed here one night after a long flight into Boston and probably couldn’t have been more disappointed. For whatever reason the woman at the front desk had me scan my own parking code and do it myself (which is fine in itself). Myself and 2 others got up to the room around 10:30 PM, the sofa bed was obviously tucked away (which is also fine), but there were no linens in the room whatsoever. One of the WORST hotels we’ve stayed at and certainly not worth the price. We got placed in a room that had broken, duct taped AC units, allowing cold air from outside at night to get into our room. After thankfully getting switched rooms by Front Desk, we still ended up in another filthy room (used Q-Tip on floor, everything’s dusty and sticky). The towels are so old that they do not dry you at all. Breakfast was bottom tier. Paying for parking at a hotel like this is absurd. The ONLY reason I’m giving this hotel a one star... read more
