Sandra was very helpful and nice at the front desk. She even made some fresh cookies for guests! Would stay here again.
We ran into an issue our first night and although it wasn’t addressed by the evening shift front desk employees, it was addressed immediately by Shawn when he arrived in the morning. He handled my issue promptly and professionally. The hotel is in a great location if you need to be close to Rt. 1 and/or Legacy Place. The shopping and restaurants offered at Legacy Place are great. The rooms were big and clean, and it was nicer than I expected because the hotel was relatively older than what I usually stay in. I thought the service was good and the location was perfect because it’s right across the street from the mall. The only downside was that the elevator was out of service during my whole day and I was not notified prior to going there, and I was put on the top floor and had a child with me so it was very difficult to go up and down every day while carrying everything by hand and managing a child
Hotel is close to highway truck noise at night.water pressure in shower is low. Soft beds and linens are 👍 $5 a day to park at hotel
