We had to drive to this area to see family, and we brought our toddler. I purposely paid extra, using the Bonvoy app, to book a room with a tub along with the $100 pet fee since we brought our dog. The front desk asked me over and over again if I understand there’s a pet fee, I kept saying that I do, since we often travel with our dog. Once we got to the room with our toddler, there was no tub. I had a decent stay on May 31st. Check-in was smooth, and the two young ladies at the front desk were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was fine overall, although I had difficulty locating the iron and ironing board because the closet where they were stored was locked. Fortunately, the night front desk associate quickly helped resolve the issue. The bed was also not as comfortable as I expected.
