The owner of this hotel has decided to squeeze every last dime out of even the most loyal customers. I am lifetime Bonvoy Platinum. I left a belt in the room and rather than being courteous and taking care of your guests, this hotel uses a third party company to charge me to send me the belt. We stayed here for one night, and it couldn’t have been better! The hotel is new, and I really liked the interiors. The rooms are larger than usual, which is very convenient for families. The bathroom is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, and everything was perfectly clean. They also have a really good, healthy hot breakfast with oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, waffles, and more - they even have oat milk! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates clean, high-quality properties.
Always a great experience here. Multiple stays and it has always delivered.
