I got to say this ended up being a great spot to go for work great staff clean rooms decent amenities. Could really do a better job at clearing the ice off the sidewalks in the parking lot
I stayed here from 2/1 to 2/7. On the morning of 2/2, I complained to the front desk about my shower holding water. I showered that night, and much to my surprise, the issue hadn’t changed a bit. I complained again, and surprise surprise, nothing changed after the second complaint. I also utilized the dishwasher which did not work whatsoever (see pictures - this is after running TWO cycles!). I had a great stay at the Residence Inn® Atlantic City Airport Egg Harbor Township from January 19-25 The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a spacious room that felt like home. Umar Mughal truly made the experience smooth and easy—his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail stood out. Any needs or questions were handled quickly and pleasantly. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
